Product Description

This product is primarily designed for use with Clement filtration equipment and is commonly employed in HVAC systems, ventilation systems, and air purifiers. The product line offers three different frame options—paper frame, galvanized steel frame, and aluminum frame—and is available in a variety of filtration grades and efficiencies, ranging from G1 to G4, to meet the diverse purification requirements of different applications.

The internal filter media typically consists of filter cotton, which offers excellent filtration performance and mechanical strength, effectively capturing airborne particulates and ensuring the filter’s stability and efficiency.

Paper frames are typically made from cardboard or other paper-based materials, which are lightweight, easy to fabricate and install, and cost-effective. However, paper-frame air filter pads generally have a shorter service life and must be replaced regularly to maintain filtration performance. The frequency of replacement depends on factors such as the level of air pollution, the operating environment of the filter, and the type of filter used.

Galvanized iron frames typically feature an outer frame made of galvanized steel. The galvanizing process enhances the frame’s corrosion resistance, enabling it to better withstand humidity, oxidation, and other environmental factors, thereby extending the filter’s service life.

Aluminum alloy frames are lightweight and corrosion-resistant, typically rectangular or square in shape, and easy to install and replace. Their design ensures high stability and a tight seal for the filter media during installation, preventing bypass airflow that could lead to contamination. Maintenance of aluminum-frame air filters is relatively straightforward; regular replacement is usually sufficient. Depending on the operating environment, it is recommended to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months to maintain optimal filtration performance and ensure the proper operation of the HVAC system.
