The air-conditioning filter mesh features a corrugated honeycomb structure and is widely used in both air filtration and wastewater filtration systems. During the fiber-spinning process, antibacterial and anti-mold agents are directly incorporated into the PP resin raw material, enabling the manufactured filters to achieve enhanced antibacterial and anti-mold performance.
The air-conditioning filter features a corrugated honeycomb structure and is widely used in both air filtration and wastewater filtration systems. During the spinning process, antibacterial and anti-mold agents are directly incorporated into the PP resin raw material, enabling the manufactured filters to achieve enhanced antibacterial and anti-mold performance.
Air-conditioning filter screens for residential use, incorporating activated-carbon mesh and reinforcing mesh, are recommended to be replaced every 1–2 months. The equipment can be constructed from various metallic structural materials that are lightweight, easy to install, and aesthetically pleasing; it also features excellent sealing and leak-proof performance. The filter media surface undergoes a special smoothing treatment. Both the outer frame and the filter material are readily replaceable, washable, and reusable. The equipment exhibits low initial resistance and high dust-holding capacity, with a wide range of filter-media options available, including aluminum mesh, stainless-steel mesh, nonwoven fabric, fiber mesh, and activated-carbon filter mesh.
Analysis of common malfunctions caused by clogged air-conditioning filters: poor cooling and heating performance. When the filter is dirty and blocked, the refrigeration compartment fan runs at a very low speed, yet air circulation within the room is slow; the ambient temperature around the indoor unit is low, while the room temperature remains high—similar to the symptom of a slow fan. If the water-trapping plate (in cabinet or ceiling-mounted units) becomes clogged and the filter is heavily soiled, dust can enter the evaporator through gaps on its surface, mix with condensate, and accumulate on the water-trapping plate, leading to long-term blockage and subsequent leakage from the indoor unit. In cabinet-type evaporators, if a hair salon uses an intelligent counter, hair can be sucked into the fan and carried onto the evaporator and beyond, causing the evaporator to become clogged. Even after cleaning the air-conditioning filter, this problem may persist. Moreover, in public spaces where counters are used during winter, dust is easily drawn into the fan and blown into the air-conditioning filter, further obstructing it.
Blade blockage in the fan (in the cabinet or on the hoist), dust accumulation on the filter screen, and malfunctions in the fan control motor system all contribute to dust adhering to plant leaves, gradually reducing the spacing between them, decreasing the airflow, increasing noise levels, and causing unstable air volume at the outlet. Overheating during heating mode with no defrosting: this is often due to a clogged and dirty filter; excessively high ambient temperatures during heating can also trigger prolonged heating cycles as detected by the control board; severe frost buildup on the condenser further exacerbates the problem, while the indoor fan alternates between running and stopping due to limitations in internal control logic and outdoor fan operation. For cooling and freezing modes, a dirty and blocked air-conditioner filter leads to extremely low evaporator temperatures; the control board’s anti-icing protection activates, causing the system to shut down and cease cooling. Additionally, indoor unit water leakage occurs when the air-conditioner filter is heavily clogged and the evaporator operates at very low temperatures during cooling—without proper anti-icing protection built into the control board, the evaporator will freeze, resulting in indoor unit water leakage.
