The metal-rubber filter mesh is made from stainless steel wire. 1. Metal Rubber Filter Mesh
Metal rubber filter screens are made from stainless steel wire. The raw material is stainless steel wire and contains no natural rubber; nevertheless, they feature a capillary-porous structure that makes them particularly well suited for gas and liquid filtration in environments characterized by extreme temperatures, large temperature differentials, high pressure, high vacuum, intense radiation, severe vibration, and corrosive conditions.
Metal-rubber filter screens possess several metallic properties, such as corrosion resistance, high strength, and impact resistance. Moreover, the filtration accuracy of these screens can be adjusted by varying the wire diameter, the density of the metal rubber, and the thickness of the screen itself. During cleaning, the original density of the screen can be easily restored, making it convenient to clean.
2. Ventilation Filter Mesh
Nylon filter mesh product features: manufactured as a single, integrally formed unit from P.P. fiber weaving; exhibits excellent acid and alkali resistance as well as superior corrosion resistance; offers low flow resistance and can be repeatedly cleaned, making it highly cost-effective; moreover, the long and short fibers and dust particles it captures are easy to remove, with filtration efficiency remaining unaffected by cleaning, and it demonstrates outstanding impact resistance.
3. Metal Filter Mesh
All-metal filter media products are well known: these filters utilize multi-layer expanded aluminum foil or stainless steel mesh as their specialized filtering material. The mesh is rolled and formed into a corrugated wave pattern, with layers intersecting at precise angles to create a tightly interwoven structure. The multi-layered, expanded design features varying densities and pore sizes—ranging from coarse to fine—so that as particles pass through, their flow direction is repeatedly redirected, thereby enhancing filtration efficiency.
4. Air conditioner filter
The air conditioner filter features a corrugated honeycomb structure, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including wastewater filtration systems and air filtration. It is easy to clean and replace multiple times, with long-lasting performance. In addition, the filter is simple to clean, earning widespread recognition from users.
5. Coarse Filter
The primary application of coarse-efficiency filter media is the filtration of coarse particulate matter and as a pre-filter in air filtration systems. During operation, when cleaning out accumulated contaminants, special attention must be paid to ensure that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element remains undeformed and undamaged. Otherwise, the installed filter will fail to achieve the design-specified level of media purity after filtration, potentially leading to damage to equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instrumentation.
