(1) Coarse Filter
The filter media used in coarse filters typically include nonwoven fabrics, metal wire meshes, glass fibers, and nylon meshes. Commonly used coarse filters include the ZJK-1 automatic winding herringbone air filter, the TJ-3 automatic winding flat-type air filter, and the CW air filter. These filters are available in various structural configurations, such as plate-type, pleated, belt-type, and wound-type designs.
(2) Medium-efficiency filter

Compressed air exiting the air source contains excess water vapor and oil droplets, as well as solid contaminants such as rust, sand particles, and pipe sealants. These substances can damage piston seals, clog small vent holes in components, reduce component service life, or even cause component failure. The function of an air filter is to separate liquid water and liquid oil droplets from the compressed air and to remove dust and solid impurities; however, it cannot remove gaseous water or oil.
